Celebrating over 25 years in the UK, Velox will be showcasing its selection of grills at Hospitality 2007.
Suitable for a wide range of catering outlets and taking about ten minutes to reach cooking temperature from cold, Velox High Speed Grills are said to offer healthy, natural and safe high speed cooking together with the ability to cook to order and virtually eliminate wastage.
The grills are available with smooth and grooved plates in any combination required and come supplied with a full range of accessories such as a sandwich spacer, char marker, metal scraper, flexible spatula, instructions and a recipe book.
Also available from the company is the Velox Baking System, which provides continuous, even baking of ice cream cones, baskets and waffles.
